With a unique blend of entrepreneurial, public sector, and enterprise leadership experience, Snehal previously served as CTO of JSOC, CTO at Splunk, and CIO at GE Capital. An industry-recognized technologist and innovation advocate, Snehal holds 18 U.S. patents in data processing, cloud computing, and virtualization. He is a sought-after keynote speaker and a prolific writer on topics including leadership, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture. ### Matthew Hartley Chief Revenue Officer Matt Hartley is the Chief Revenue Officer at Horizon3.ai, where he oversees global go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and customer success. With more than two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing teams, Matt has a proven track record of delivering revenue predictability and operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Prior to Horizon3.ai, Matt held CRO roles at HYPR (a leader in phishing-resistant authentication) and iboss (a pioneer in SASE/SSE). He also served as Vice President of Americas Sales at Forescout, where he built and expanded the U.S. Federal business. Earlier in his career, Matt held senior sales leadership roles at Optio Labs, MobileIron, and other innovative technology companies. ### Holly Grey Chief Financial Officer Holly Grey is the Chief Financial Officer at Horizon3.ai, where she oversees the financial systems and operations to support scale, growth and collaboration. Holly has over 30 years of experience and has helped companies navigate mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s and build-out of teams and operations that have supported triple digit growth. Holly has held senior roles at Exabeam, Forescout Technologies, Accuray and Aspect Software. Driven by a passion for excellence, Holly values continuous improvement, innovation, and proactive problem-solving. She is deeply committed to helping organizations achieve their strategic goals while fostering a culture of growth and integrity. Holly holds a B.A. from Boston College. ### Andres Botero Chief Marketing Officer Andres Botero is a seasoned enterprise software marketing and strategy executive with more than two decades of experience scaling high-growth technology companies. He has led global go-to-market strategy, brand, and demand generation for category-defining cloud and cybersecurity organizations, with a strong track record of driving ARR growth, market expansion, and successful exits. Prior to his most recent leadership roles, Andres served as Chief Marketing Officer at Rubrik and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at BlackLine, and held senior marketing leadership positions at CallidusCloud (acquired by SAP), Aria Systems, SAP, and Siebel Systems. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS from Universidad de Los Andes. ### Jill Passalacqua Chief Legal Officer Jill Passalacqua is the Chief Legal Officer at Horizon3.ai, where she scales legal strategy to support innovation and enterprise growth. With decades of experience guiding companies from startup to IPO and acquisition, she’s held executive legal roles at JumpCloud, Harness, Avi Networks (acquired by VMware), FireEye, and NetApp. Jill is known for aligning legal operations with business goals, enabling global expansion, and leading high-performing teams. She also serves on the board of the Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation. Jill holds a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Santa Clara University. ### Torie Runzel Chief People Officer Torie Runzel is the Vice President of People at Horizon3.ai, where she leads talent strategy and corporate operations to ensure the organization scales with speed, alignment, and impact. She brings 15 years of experience growing technology companies across cybersecurity, fintech, logistics, and proptech, with a focus on performance-driven, values-aligned cultures. ### Erick Dean Vice President of Product Erick Dean is the Vice President of Product Management at Horizon3.ai, where he directs product strategy, execution, and market alignment for the company’s autonomous security platform. A seasoned product leader with over 20 years of experience, Erick brings deep expertise in enterprise software, cybersecurity, and AI-powered automation. ### Chris Corbett Vice President of Engineering Chris Corbett is an engineering executive and former NASA scientist with a background in computational astrophysics, cybersecurity, and AI. Currently Head of Engineering at Horizon3.ai, she’s led teams at Planet, JPL, and was the co-developer of the Signal iOS app for encrypted communications.
